Stopping the wheel – date 17-12-2015 – Part2

Speaker: Jo Wood – Speaker, Lecturer and Communications Coach

We are delighted to introduce one of our members, Jo Wood as our speaker.  Jo has been a speaker, lecturer and Communications Coach for the past four decades. Although supposedly retired, Jo remains involved in a myriad of community organisations which have included helping Hospice to fundraise, chairing a Budget and Advisory Trust and becoming the spokesperson for the mid-north arm of Look Good Feel Better.
She is a very busy lady and knows first-hand all the pressures that can occur when you’re juggling work and family life. She says most women’s lives are conducted on many levels which all too often that leaves them short of time and searching for that elusive thing called balance. She’s passionate about helping others to fulfil their potential by marrying their personal and professional growth, whatever stage of life or career they’re at.  As part of the process she sees enormous benefit in ‘stopping the wheel’ and taking time to address our wellness, in all its forms.
Join us at the Nexus November breakfast meeting to find out how you can ‘stop your wheel’. Take the opportunity to challenge your own personal wellness, to re-assess how  you’re doing and to value yourself. This promises to be a fun and enlightening session ladies – don’t miss it!
